Lemur named after Monty Python star


IT DOES not have a particularly silly walk, but the newly discovered lemur species shares its name with the famous lanky actor who was Monty Python’s Minister for Silly Walks. Named Avahi cleesei, the woolly lemur weighs less than a kilogram and eats leaves.
